Neuger takes no-hitter to eighth as Dukes pitch past Hampton 3-0
May 15, 2011 - HAMPTON, Minn.  - Matt Neuger retired the first 18 batters he faced and allowed only an infield single in the eighth as Dundas defeated host Hampton 3-0 on Sunday afternoon in Classic Cannon Valley League play. 

Neuger walked one, hit a batter and struck out seven in his eight shutout innings. He gave way to Todd Mathison, who worked a scoreless ninth to get the save. 

Mike Ludwig went 3-for-4 and Josh Maus 2-for-4 for Dundas (7-0, 2-0 CCVL), which stranded eight runners in the win. 

Dundas hosts Albert's Gators on Wednesday and the Anoka Bucs on Friday, before returning to CCVL play next Sunday at Red Wing.
